Inertia is definitely one of TC’s favorite new songs (i.e., from the Senior Associate Era (2023-present)). Parts A, B, and C were all written during this time. And this, more than any new song, got TC thinking that he really should “make a go” at music before he died.
The title comes from TC learning, often the hard way, that change takes much time and effort—whether that’s switching professions or otherwise rebranding yourself—due to the “inertia” of life.
